Abstract

This article considers the specifics of the Presidential power in the life of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the period of its independence and the status of an independent state. In particular, the role of the President in strengthening the rule of law in the Republic of Kazakhstan is considered. It is known that the Republic of Kazakhstan, as an independent, sovereign and legal state, as we know it today, did not immediately reach its current position. In this context, one of the most pressing issues is the existence of key issues in the establishment and development of the rule of law in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the measures taken for their resolution. Scientific views in the field of jurisprudence on the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the main normative document of our country and the role of the presidential power in the formation of the rule of law in the country, strengthening its foundations also deserve it. In the article the author describes the views and analysis of scholars-lawyers, analyzes their scientific work on political and legal changes and reforms in the life of the state. As a result of the study, the article revealed a number of complex issues related to the establishment of the rule of law in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the  formation of its foundations, as well as new author's information received in the results of extensive research reform.
