Legal regulation of older workers labor in market economy conditions

The article considers the issues of legal regulation of labor of workers who is reached the retirement age under the international act and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.The subject of the research is the impact of market relations in Kazakhstan society on the opportunities and prospects of participation of older people in the labor force. The authors studied some problems of older people's participation in labor activity, forms of older people's participation in labor activity. The article deals with the issues of older workers on the example of foreign legislation. It is noted that at present neither the employer nor the state as a whole is not interested in the employment of elderly people.It is concluded that the existing Kazakh legislative framework for pensioners, mainly developed in areas such as social security and services, and only slightly relates to the full implementation of the right of the elderly to work. At the same time, it is the legislative acts regulating the work and employment of older citizens, as containing a material component, that play an important role for older people, including in their social adaptation after retirement.
