Legal instruments of integrity implementation

The article studies the international legal foundations for the formation of integrity, the foundations and legal instruments of its implementation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of this article is to review the current state of the civil service and make a proposal to improve the integrity implementation in the civil service, in society and in the state as a whole. Today, there is a need for continuous study of national and international experience in introducing integrity to improve the legal framework and legal instruments for its development in public service. In addition to special scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, the study used sociological methods such as observation, statistical method, and general scientific dialectical method. The authors of the study made a conclusion on the current state of the integrity implementation in the public service, gave recommendations on the further development of integrity in society and government organizations and on stimulating the introduction of anti-corruption standards and compliance services in business structures to spread integrity on a large scale. Practically, there are no studies on the concept of “integrity” and its legal foundations both in domestic and foreign science. This material is the first attempt to explore the concept of “integrity” and its implementation in public service.
