Abstract

Political parties occupy an important place in the formation of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a democratic, constitutional state with the recognition of human and civil rights as the highest values. One of the ways of growth and establishment of the principle of democracy of the state is the development of civil society, acting as a mediator between the state bodies and the individual. The aim of the study is a comprehensive review of the legal regulation of the interaction of political parties and public authorities of Kazakhstan. General scientific methods of cognition were used as a methodological basis for the research; as well as specific sociological methods based on cognition, analysis and classification of facts, phenomena and processes, including the documentary method. The authors discuss the mechanisms, methods and issues of interaction of political parties and public authorities, the activities of political parties in the election process of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the elections of deputies of the Senate and the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. Parliamentary parties, forming the personal composition of the lower house of Parliament are one of the mandatory components of the democratic constitutional system. The constitutional and legal ways of modern participation of political parties in the activities of public authorities and in the life of civil society were analyzed. The author considers the powers of political parties as an element of the electoral program in the mechanism of interaction of political parties with state authorities and participation in the electoral process of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the role of state bodies in the financing of political parties, state registration of political parties.
