Development of a modern world community in the aspect of the problems of combating corruption

The article discusses the modern world community, which, as a result of rapid technological progress, was initially transformed into an information society that functions in a single space, with a tendency to its subsequent digitalization and transformation into a digital society. The purpose of this study is to identify, forecast dangerous trends of modern society in the aspect of progressive corruption. To achieve the goal of the study, along with general scientific research methods, a forensic analysis of negative social phenomena that determine the criminal orientation of individuals was used. The shortcomings of modern society, which entail the intensification of criminal activity, are analyzed. One of the manifestations of modern society is the massive dissemination of negative information that adversely affects people who are not mentally stable, which represents not only medical, but also the problem of national security. It is proposed to develop measures for the safe use of information in all information resources, especially those concentrated on the Internet. No less danger comes from the technology of manipulating the minds of users of information, using the information space to conduct information warfare and commit crimes. The basis is being created for universal control over the population on the scale of individual states and the whole world. The content of these trends determines the role of science in developing a system of measures to limit the manifestations of their negative impact on the individual, society and the state. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop the prognostic and preventive functions of forensic science, to use the processes of informatization and digitalization for the purpose of anti corruption education of citizens and the prevention of corruption offenses.
